We are delighted to announce that Aerial Business Communications have received the Nine Customer Service Award for outstanding customer service at the Comms National Awards 2014 – the biggest industry awards.

Winners!

Aerial were one of five national B2B specialists shortlisted for the prestigious annual award.

To enter, we were asked to submit an application based around certain criteria but most importantly – customer testimonials. We were taken aback at how many customers came forward to give us such incredible testimonials, and we would like to thank you all for your kind words and support.

The Comms National Awards final ceremony took place on 16th October 2014 at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, where top TV comic Marcus Brigstocke presented the awards to an audience of more than 1,000 industry professionals.

Managing Director Paul Davis, pictured above accepting the award, said: “Customer service is always at the heart of our business; no matter what we are doing I always ask the team to think: ‘how does this affect the customer?’

“Our marketing team has done a fantastic job in assuring our customers always have the support they need at their fingertips, without spamming them with too many communications.

“We want to take this opportunity to celebrate, but also to think about how we can improve our award-winning customer service going forward, and try and retain the title next year!”

What’s next?

As Paul said, this is a time for celebration but also introspection. We are now aware that our customer service is indeed industry-leading – as we always hoped it would be – but now we will be looking at how we can keep ahead of the pack.

We want to see more of our customers going forward, and our aim will be to host engaging events to get face-to-face with those of you we are yet to meet in person.

In the new year we hope to host a lot more experience days as with the Jonathan Palmer Race Day that we held last year.
