How is it monitored... what do I do if I need a bit more?
*Real time usage alerts will be sent to your phone via text at regular intervals and with a fair usage policy of up to 50MB you can actually get that bit extra for ZERO extra cost.

*50MB not enough...no problem. As you get closer to 50MB you will have the option of moving to a 'Heavy User' option (see below)
The Heavy User Tariff
The next tier is designed to provide heavy user with more freedom but is still capped to £100 ensure you don't get a nasty shock in your bill.

What does the capped cost cover?
The charges are capped at £100 (ex VAT) per monthly billing period...
...So that's about 40MB in Europe & 20MB Rest of World.

How is it monitored...and what if I still need more?
*Real time usage alerts will be sent to your phone via text at regular intervals and with a fair usage policy of up to 200MB you can actually get even more data for ZERO extra cost.
200MB not enough...As you get closer to the 200MB fair usage cap you will get the option to add daily roaming rates. (see below)

The Daily Rate - A Reactive Tariff for Particularly High Use
The Daily Rate can only be added following the standard and high user capped rates and is only added following a specific request for a pre selected number of days. The 200MB cap for the High User tariff will often suffice but in certain circumstances you may require even more use and flexibility.

What are the costs for daily rates?
Daily rates is £33.33 per day for 50MB. So if you opted for an additional 2 days at a cost of £66.66 you have a futher allowance of 100MB across the 2 days.
You can 'OPT OUT' of the capping - but we strongly recommend that you talk to us about your requirements first - opting out of the capping scheme cna lead to large data charges especially when outside the EU
