  • Knightsure are in a long term contract with NTL and cannot move their line, but must keep their number. Diverting calls was costing Knightsure in the region of £150 every month

  • As the diverting costs were the issue with NTL we were able to leave the line where it was and simply divert it free of charge to a Mobile Landline freephone number. The freephone number then diverts free of charge again to Knightsure's O2 mobiles. This solution means they have abolished the high divert costs and kept the important contact number - A Win, Win Solution

    My diverts are now FREE, and what’s more I now have a Freephone number assigned to my business so my clients can call me for free too. Another totally unforeseen benefit is the increased geographic reach the Freephone number will give my business. The value this solution will add to my business has been totally unexpected.
